In order to return a product, you will need to send an email to contact@initioparfums.com indicating your willingness to return the item within 14 days from the date of the delivery. For us to accept the product, it must remain unopened in its original packaging.

Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and proceed to the refund on the same payment method used when placing the order.
